There are literally thousands of stay-at-home jobs
and thousands of unemployed people. So what’s the
problem? So let’s begin by looking at some
statistics.
It’s amazing that newer and updated statistics are
very hard to find. My ultimate goal is to level
out reasons why the many unemployed can’t seen to
locate the many stay-at-home jobs available.
From 1960 until 2003 the American job market has
been totally dominated by the white race. Out of
42 million employees:
29 million were white (holding management positions)
13 million were minorities (holding blue collar jobs)
11 million were blacks and Hispanics
2 millions were the Asian community
Past research has shown there were many unfair labor
practices from management to blue-collar workers.
From our government, to our legal system, business,
medical, educational, architectural, farming, to
the lowest form of business; is dominated by the
white or Caucasian race. And most important America’s
past time which is entertainment, who dominates this?
Now this is not a lecture on racism, I just want to
point out the reasons behind the major gap between
unemployment and the many stay-at-home jobs available.
A computer to the average high school graduate is a
powerful and valuable instrument to success. But to
the minority young girl, who wasn’t a cheerleader, in
high school.
The girl, who was so distracted by the horrible
abuses she had made believe never happened in her
home. Sexual abuse, unnecessary beatings, and
constantly told by her parents (don’t do that, stop
that, I’ll beat you.)
This kind of girl, having bad grades in school and
always living in fear. Can’t relate to success. Her
self-esteem is so low, she can never seen to find a
man who loves and cherishes her.
It’s been continually drilled in her mind by her
parents, so-called friends, relationships, and
subconsciously because she’s a minority; (success
is not for her).
Every time she watches TV, 85% of TV, shows a
successful woman as one who’s sure of herself, usually
white, and very well educated. And if you look at
the statistics I wrote down in the beginning, you’ll
notice her boss or her trainer will usually be white
and successful too.
As I said earlier, there are many stay-at-home jobs
an even more unemployed people. But the majority of
the 240,000 unemployed people at present are
minorities.
These are blue-collar workers who usually have
worked for a white management firm or company. Many
terminated through unfair labor practices and a
declining economy.
Many minorities will never say it, but feel
intimidated by the educated. And many times the
educated (can’t relate) to the minorities problems.
Hearing gunshots all night, police sirens, loud
music, yelling, dogs barking and drug-related
activity is unheard of in the suburban community.
These are circumstances that have evolved through
years of segregation and hidden racial issues. Yet,
many young children are victims of past unfair
practices.
So what are we to do with our high tech websites
and our sophisticated JavaScript and HTML? Are we
really helping to promote financial freedom?
Or are we showing how sophisticated and superhigh
Tech we have become? I’m all for high-tech gadgets,
cell phones, iPods, computer games, you name it.
But when it comes to home business and
stay-at-home jobs (simple) is always better!
Remember when I get into my car, I turn the key,
put it in drive, check my mirror and my blind spot
then drive away.
But if I got in my car and it looked like the
cockpit of a 747. I’d need a manual! I’d rather
ride a bicycle. A stay-at-home job or business
should be so simple a caveman could do it.
Helping others, always being available, and
responding as soon as possible should be our #1
goal. Understanding that minorities have a entirely
different set of circumstances to deal with.
They really don’t have time for hours of reading
and study. They are really a more hands on people.
There’s always an exception to the rule. But when
it comes to making money online, what would you
prefer?
Hours and hours of reading, learning HTML code,
cutting and pasting, you know the drill. Or
“let’s get ready to rumble” let’s get busy! Show
me the money. And be there for me when the chips
are down?
When we begin to simplify our stay-at-home jobs
and focus on understanding our clients. Meaning
more talk, less e-mail. The large gap between the
unemployed and the stay-at-home jobs available,
will level out.
